Linda Carlish, president of LC Premiums, a promotional merchandise company which she began in 1993, is the inventor of the Pop Art Toaster™. In 2003 while on a business trip in China, Linda visited a factory and saw a rickety toaster that toasted the image of a smile face onto bread. After redesigning the inner plate system she sold her first logo toaster to Target. The toaster won the New Product of the Year award at the January 2004 Promotional Products Association International trade show.

Next Linda remodeled the inside of the toaster to allow for interchangeable plates for which she now holds the U.S. patent. The toaster, now branded the Pop Art Toaster™, currently has multiple sku’s including licensed models for Disney. In addition to bread, you can toast images onto frozen pancakes, toaster pastries, hamburger buns and flat bagels. For regular toasting simply remove the image plates. The toasters are retro style, high quality toasters with 7 heat settings; reheat, defrost and cancel buttons, a slide-out crumb tray and are available in a cool touch plastic housing or in chrome.

From the inspiration of moms, The Creativity Coloring Kit was born. This 14 piece set consisting of a Pop Art Toaster™, 6 image stencil plates, a plate removal hook, 5 edible, flavored markers to color on your toast (FDA approved), and a coloring book whose pictures correspond to the stencil plates, is activity kit meets kitchen electrics. It’s a great way to keep children, especially picky eaters, at the table by encouraging them to color their toast – or use regular markers to color in the coloring book. The Creativity Coloring Kit is a recipient of an iParenting Media Award.

As a line extension Linda created the 5-in-1 Tasty Baker™. The Tasty Baker is the ultimate all-in-one table top appliance that bakes muffins, quick breads, cake, pancakes/waffles and donuts in one compact unit. It can even cook eggs! Food bakes in approximately one third the time into bite sized kid friendly shapes in one cooking plate. The adjustable thermostat control, cool touch housing and non-stick baking plate will make this a must have for your families meals, snacks, parties, play dates and all special occasions! Bonus batter scoop and cleaning brush included. Free recipe card offer included with every purchase or find sample recipes on our website www.poparttoaster.com.

Disney Mickey 5-in-1 Tasty Baker
“The positive characteristics of this product include the idea of a fun way for children to eat. This was a big help when dealing with picky eaters and Mickey Mouse and his friends made the food go down much easier. The recipe cards were a great feature to add. Very helpful!”

Disney Princess 5-in-1 Tasty Baker
“The most positive characteristic of this product is that it would make any child want to eat anything cooked in it. The princess shapes are beautiful and makes the child feel like royalty. Eggs were happily eaten by the pickiest eater because they were in the shape of a crown. This product is a joy for parents of picky eaters. They can cook anything in them and the children are happy to eat whatever is cooked in the princess shapes. The small scoop for batter as well as the two-headed brush was a great addition to this product.”

The Pop Art Toaster Creativity Coloring Kit
“This product is something new and different for my family to use. The kids have a great time picking out their design and then getting to color it. With 6 plates to choose from there is a good variety. The food coloring markers were unique and it is definitely something new and fun to be able to color your food! The included coloring book was a special bonus as well.”
